22-24.02.06 Annual conference of young scientists "Microsoft Technologies in Informatics and Programming" took place in Novosibirsk. Our group made seven presentations.

7.10.05 We had a party celebrating the getting of the certificate.

6-7.10.05 We participated in IV Russian Venture Fair and have got the certificate that Biorainbow passed expert selection and management training.

20.09.05 New Human Promoter Extractor is now available.
With this windows application you can easily extract promoter sequences for given list of genes. Gene indificators from Affimetrix, EMBL, HUGO, SWISSPROT, RefSeq, GO and other biological databases can be used.
Output file is in the EMBL format.
The Promextra program is designed using the freeware EnsEmbl genomic databases.

01.09.05 On the First International Conference on Natural Computation (China) we presented results of our work entitled “Composite Module Analyst: Tool for Prediction of DNA Transcription Regulation. Testing on Simulated Data” made in collaboration with BIOBASE GmbH.

26.05.05 We decided to make some of our tools shareware. That means increasing support quality and increase avaliability of software. Now Promoter Extractor and Matrix Editor become shareware. Free trial versions have no functional restrictions.

The high level of our competence proves to be true. Our project of integrated tool for potential transcription factor binding site recognition appeared among 7 best projects selected from more than 200 applications.
