Site Viewer

Site Viewer initially called "Regulatory Sequence Analysis Tool" is a C++ graphical application for regulatory sequences analysis. Allows to scan regulatory sequences for binding sites. Includes search with TRANSFAC(R) (BIOBASE product) weight matrices and specific search method for nuclear receptors. With this tool you can dynamicaly vary sites cutoff and selected matrices. Free trial version is avaliable.
